We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. This may include the browser name, the type of device and technical information about Users’ means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers used, and other similar information.

AutoNet VIP may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Users to check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site.
10. Online booking and forms on this site
When you book online, apply for membership or sign up for MOT reminders, the details you enter are saved in our booking system so our team can confirm your booking and contact you. The system is hosted by our database provider, Supabase, and only AutoNet VIP staff who sign in can see your details. We use them only for your booking or request and any reminders you asked for.
When you use the free MOT history check, or enter your registration when booking, we send the registration to the DVSA’s MOT history service to look up your vehicle. We don’t store the registration or the result. To stop the checker being misused, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for up to 24 hours, then delete it.
If a form opens WhatsApp or your email app instead, your message is sent through that service under its own privacy terms, and only once you press send.
