Before you book.

Can I get a quote before committing?

Yes. We always provide a clear, upfront quote and agree the work with you before anything starts.

Can I book a same-day repair or diagnostic?

Subject to availability, yes. Call or WhatsApp the garage directly to check today’s availability.

How long does a service or MOT take?

A standard MOT takes around 45–60 minutes. A full service usually takes 2–3 hours. We will always give you an estimated completion time.

What’s included in a full service?

An oil and filter change, brake inspection, fluid top-ups, tyre checks, light testing and a comprehensive multi-point inspection. Exact items depend on your vehicle and its manufacturer schedule.

Do you offer MOT testing?

Yes — Class 4 MOTs for cars and small vans at our Harlow workshop (CM20 2HU). If the vehicle needs work, we can explain and quote for it on site.

Do you charge a diagnostic fee?

We charge a small diagnostic fee, which is often waived or deducted if you go ahead with the repair. Call for current rates.

Do you handle engine rebuilds and major repairs?

Yes — from routine servicing to engine rebuilds, replacements, timing chains and gaskets. We inspect and quote before starting any work.

Do you service air conditioning?

Yes. Air-conditioning regassing, leak detection and full AC system repairs.

Do you repair air suspension?

Yes, we repair and replace air suspension on brands such as BMW, Land Rover and Mercedes, and calibrate it properly after fitting.

Can I bring my own parts?

Yes. You are welcome to bring parts — we will inspect them for compatibility before fitting.

Is there parking and somewhere to wait?

Yes. We have on-site parking and a clean waiting area with Wi-Fi. You are also welcome to drop off and return later.

Where are you, and do you cover areas outside Harlow?

We are on Burnt Mill Industrial Estate, Harlow CM20 2HU, just off Edinburgh Way — easy to reach from Harlow, Epping, Sawbridgeworth and the surrounding area.
